I had a post cataract surgery concern. Caitlyn was so kind. I was seen within half an hour of phoning. She carried out, as usual, a thorough and professional eye check giving much needed reassurance. I can't thank her enough. All the staff are efficient and friendly at this branch. Thank you everyone.

The service provided in store was excellent from the moment of the first general enquiry to the booking of the eye test and check to the supply of the glasses, all at a great price. I have just had a really extensive series of tests under the WECS scheme as I was having vision problems. This service was professionally extended in a most thorough and caring manner. All staff in the practise were so welcoming. I will no longer go back to my usual opticians where you are made to feel as if you are on a busy conveyor belt. "I should have gone" years ago to this local optician but I will certainly do so in the future. Highly recommended.
