Took both my children here for their annual sight tests. Very good service from all the staff. Both my children were comfortable and at ease the whole time.

Went a few years ago for an eye test, the test was fine however when I went back to get the results I got told I “wouldn’t understand it”, so did not get the printed sheet. Only just got the results because my mother went in and asked for it.

I had a problem with my lenses and they were sorted out immediately. Lovely efficient friendly service. Thank you 🙏🏻

Recently moved up from South Wales, easily able to get me in for some new lens and frames, great from start to finish over the phone and in person.

From the initial booking with the helpful receptionist on to Barbara my optometrist who was professional and friendly, thorough and careful to explain everything to me. Kelly the dispensing optician helped me decide on my frames and lenses and finally to Wayne who fitted my new sunglasses.

I called Francis Opticians in Chirk after suffering from sudden vision change in one eye, no where could see me for weeks but the receptionist here went above and beyond to re-assure me they could and would help me, seeing me the following day. The service i recieved was none other than excellent, I had constant reasurance from the Optician herself whilst going through all tests. Would highly reccomend this Opticians - for emergency care or general eye care.

I live about 36 miles away from Chirk but they fitted me in as an emergency as I was having trouble with one eye and couldn’t get in anywhere nearer in Wales. They were so attentive and efficient that I would highly recommend them. Chirk residents are lucky to have them on their doorstep.

My wife and I have been clients of this Practice for nearly 30 years and always had excellent service.
My wife had an accident resulting in nerve damage - over the years the resulting problems she experiences with her eyes have been addressed by Mr and Mrs Wilson - She needs modified glasses with dark/blocked out lenses, etc.
Over the years Marta has researched suitable glasses - the last pair proving VERY difficult because of lack of suitable frames and craftsmen to adapt them. It took her quite a while to source them but she has been successful in finding glasses which have improved my wife’s life considerably.
